Yorkshire Traction 640 is a 1968 Daimler Fleetline CRG6LXB with Northern Counties low height bodywork featuring panoramic windows. It ran its whole service life with Yorkshire Traction.
After withdrawal, it spent some time as a mobile showroom for Calor Gas before becoming a mobile office/storeroom for the Lincolnshire Gliding Club.
After many years with the gliding club it was finally bought for preservation in June 2021. Initially being stored at a private location it was eventually moved to the SYTT premises in July 2022.
